Waffle Brunch Burger

This is the burger I make a lot on the weekends when I have leftover waffles, which, in case you didn’t already know, make the most deeelightful buns! This is totally restaurant-quality, but also super simple to throw together.

Here’s what you’ll need:

Makes 1 Burger

  • 1 Grass-Fed Bubba Burger patty, fully cooked
  • 2 Small waffles, toasted
  • 2 Slices bacon
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Avocado, pitted and peeled
  • Sea salt, to taste (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a medium cast-iron skillet, over medium heat, cook bacon to preferred doneness, then remove to a paper towel to drain.
  2. Fry egg to preferred doneness in the bacon fat in the same skillet.
  3. Mash avocado with sea salt, if using, then spread onto one side of each waffle.
  4. Top one waffle with the cooked patty, then the bacon and egg, then sandwich with the other waffle.
