Enjoy this Habanero Smokehouse Burger! Perfect for a weekend grilling session!
Here is what you’ll need:
- Apple wood charcoal 8 strips bacon
- 6 Bubba Burger Angus Beef patties

- 6 slices American cheese 6 hamburger butter buns
- 6+ leaves butter lettuce (if desired) 6 slices tomato (if desired)
- 6 slices sweet onion (if desired)
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup butter 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 2 Tbsp hot mustard 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp El Yucateco Black Label Reserve Habanero Sauce
Directions:
- Prep Smokehouse Sauce. Add brown sugar, butter, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, hot mustard, salt, pepper, white vinegar, and El Yucateco Black Label in a cast-iron skillet or saucepan over medium
- Simmer 5 minutes until all elements are well combined and remove from

- When patties are almost done, add more sauce and melt a cheese slice on each one if desired.
- To assemble, spread Smokehouse sauce on bottom Then layer lettuce, patty, cheese, bacon, onion, and tomato. Enjoy!
