Here’s what you’ll need:
- 1 grilled Bubba Burger
- ½ tsp OBR Sweet & Smokey Rub
- 1 oz BBQ sauce
- 4 Slider buns
- 1 Tbsp chopped bacon bits
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese.
- ¼ cup crispy fried jalapeno (French’s)
- 1/8 tsp El Yucateco Chipotle Hot Sauce.
- 4 Dill Pickle slices
Directions:
- Season the Bubba burger with OBR Sweet & Smokey rub on both sides of burger and grill.
- As the burger cooks, baste both sides with BBQ sauce.
- When the burger is almost done, place on a cutting board and cut the burger into 4.
- Place back on the grill and top each burger piece with bacon bits and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Place the slider buns on the grill to toast on both sides.
- Cover grill, cook until cheese is melted and buns are toasted on both sides.
- Remove from the grill and place the bottom slider buns on a plate INVERTED.
- Place a burger piece on each bottom.
- Top each with crispy jalapenos.
- Drizzle each burger with El Yucateco Chipotle Hot sauce.
- Top the slider with the top bun, Also INVERTED.
- Place 1 pickle slice in the center of the top bun and place a 4” skewer in the center to hold the slider.
